This project involved roofing a new extension and reroofing the existing home using 0.55 Coloursteel Corrugate in Desert Sand, an uncommon colour choice that worked well with the home’s design.

The extension was built with a fully ventilated roof system, which allows air to move beneath the roofing to reduce heat build-up and moisture. This approach also made it possible for the interior to feature high raking skillion ceilings, giving the new space a more open feel.

The steep roof pitch made installation more challenging, so careful planning and waiting for the right weather window were important. Once conditions allowed, the roofing work was completed efficiently and to a high standard.
